Now that we have you completed the first step of the journey and completed the base training we can move on to the official courses.

1) Go to AYSO125.ORG and login with your registration sign on.

2) Once logged in click on AYSOU next to your name on the volunteer tab. This should take you to the academy for classes. If you are logged in on 125 you should not need to sign in again, but if you are asked to it will be the same login and password.

3) Click on "Online Courses" and you should see a list of courses.  Here you should be able to select your age group training (for U14 you will select "Intermediate Training") and complete the online course. You also need to complete the "AYSO’s Summary of the Laws of the Game" course.

4) When you finish these courses contact our Commissioner Jason at [email protected] so we can get you assigned to a team.

5) Some age groups require additional on-field training.  Upon completing the online items we can still get you set up with a team, but will work to find an on-field training time that fits your schedule.
